Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $12.00 or free on orders over $75.00

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery / Pickup (Optional)

Free local delivery is available within 10 miles of Lincroft, NJ.

Local pickups can be scheduled at our studio. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United States of America.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (unless allowed by your courier).
